All package rates are in Canadian Dollars and subject to 5% GST and 7% on Rentals. All listed rates are per person. Please note that US dollar charges will be applied in Canadian dollars against current exchange rates. Rates are based on single riding, snowmobile listed and shared room. No passengers are allowed on our machines for tours, with the exception of day tours on the 900cc Expedition.

 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER FORM - All customers are required to sign a release of liability and waiver form. Any participants under the age of 19 must have a parent or guardian present to sign on their behalf.

CHECK IN AND PICK UP - At our office/shop located opposite the Glacier House Resort at 1870 Glacier Lane, please check in 15 mins prior to tour departure.

 

SAFETY EQUIPMENT - It is mandatory for all tour and rental participants to wear the provided safety gear while on tour or renting with us.

RENTAL PICK UP AND DROP OFF RATES - Valid for listed machines and for a time period of rent between 8:30am - 4:30pm (8 hours). Late returns are subject to a $70 per hour charge (or hour increment). Fuel charges, upgrades & incidentals are charged at the end of the contract period. Damages are charged daily (see also damages). We reserve the right to refuse rentals to anyone. Unless we are informed of your delay, snowmobiles not picked up prior to 9:30am are considered 'no show' & your reservation will be cancelled without the right of refund. No refund is provided for snowmobiles returned prior to the end of the booked rental period.

RIDERS REGISTRATION, LIABILITY & INSURANCE - We do our best to ensure the safety & enjoyment of all participants, however snowmobiling involves known, and unknown risks. We require all guests to sign a registration, assumption of risk statement and a liability waiver prior to tour or rental departure. Waivers are available prior to making your reservation. We strongly advise participants to carry good medical insurance including recovery by helicopter.

AGE RESTRICTIONS - Minimum age is 19 years for riders on tours, 22 years for rentals or 7 years for passengers when physically accompanied with a parent or legal guardian. All riders must have a valid driver’s license to operate one of our vehicles.

AVALANCHE & RIDING SAFETY - Please note that weather, snow, road and/or avalanche conditions may alter the riding program and destinations. All of our guides are certified in avalanche safety. All tour clients are required to carry avalanche safety gear which is included in the tour package. Avalanche gear rental equipment is available starting at $40/day + tax.

RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS - Reservations are required for all tours & rentals. To make a reservation we require a Visa or MasterCard deposit/payment. Payments are accepted by credit card. We reserve the right to cancel any departure up to 30 days prior due to lack of participants or other conditions.

 

EXCLUDED - Excluded from our all inclusive packages are the following: 5% GST tax, 7% PST tax, goggles, gloves, meals other than listed, beverages, medical and liability insurance, guide gratuities, transfers to and from Revelstoke.

PAYMENTS - For multi-day rentals and tour packages a 30% deposit at the time of booking is required (min $200) to confirm. For groups (4 or more), a 50% deposit at the time of booking is required. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the tour departure. Some tours may require a minimum number of participants and may be cancelled up to 72h prior to departure. A full refund will then be provided or an alternative offered. Reservations can only be confirmed when a deposit payment is received. Sorry, no refunds are offered for unused tour days.

CANCELLATIONS FOR TOURS AND RENTALS - Written cancellations are received by our office only. No refunds for un-used portions of tours or rentals, early returns and 'no shows'.

Cancellation charges for tour packages and multi-day rentals:

DAMAGE DEPOSIT - A valid Visa, or MasterCard is required for a security/damage deposit of $1500 per incident for tours and $2500 for rentals.

DAMAGE INSURANCE - You are responsible for the full amount (plus taxes) in damages to the machine per incident for tours and rentals. Optional insurance is offered for $45 +tax per day per machine on rental bookings to reduce your deductible to $2500 per incident. Insurance is included on tours with a deductible of $1500 . This does not cover damages to the bulkhead and/or tunnel.

CLOTHING - Average winter temperatures range between 0 deg C to -10 deg C. Full protective clothing is provided by us on all tours. This includes a snowmobile suit, boots and full face helmets. Please bring the following: goggles, gloves, t-shirt and turtleneck, long underwear, woolen socks, sunglasses, sunscreen, neck warmers or a balaclava.

Summer temperatures can range anywhere from 10deg C to 40deg C. Please dress appropriate for the weather conditions and wear closed toe shoes.
